Pro-Plan on site services are either fly in, fly out or managed from the company’s Base Station which is a fully operational mobile office.

Service Department Contract Management
Pro-Plan offers fixed term contract management agreements for Service Departments who use the K Series Driver Kits.
Personnel are onsite for a flexible and pre-negotiated fixed term.
The terms usually range from a minimum of two weeks up to six months.
Many businesses use this option in the following instances:
- To cover a staff position while on extended leave or annual holiday.
- To install systems and provide a ‘fresh start’ prior to the employment of a new service manager.
- To work alongside existing staff, providing expertise, training and support.
