Management Support

Pro-Plan’s unique department integration system including Job description and Work schedules can be applied to any commercial environment. The integration system provides an immediate overview by management or any other person who may be required to cover a position during sickness, holidays or when used in a job share environment.                                                                                                                                            

Service Departments

Pro-Plan’s specific service department applications are used in marine, motor vehicle, motorcycle and small engine environments to name a few. The system is deliberately ‘open plan’ and manages all the key control requirements.

Contract Management

In instances where you are replacing staff or advertising the position, Pro-Plan can negotiate a fixed term contract whereby the service department is managed ensuring systems and controls are implemented. The position replacement would be fully trained to enable a seamless transition when the contract expires.

The business would then have ‘real world’ department profitability benchmarks, all systems in place and a fully trained service writer/manager to continue moving forward.Without exception all businesses that have taken advantage of this arrangement have improved their bottom line in their service department.

On Site services

Pro-Plan on site services are either fly in fly out or managed from the company’s Base Station which is a fully operational mobile office. The office is equipped with the required technology to work on site in remote areas which are not normally logistically possible.
