Shipping Conditions

  • Australia:
    All orders are shipped from our Queensland Dispatch Centre. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 11am are shipped on the same business day via Australia Post.
  • New Zealand:
    All orders are shipped from our Bay of Plenty Dispatch Centre with a processing time of 1-2 business days. Items are shipped via Aramex. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via express delivery. Shipping times may vary slightly based on your location. Please refer to Aramex (NZ) or Australia Post (AU) for delivery estimates specific to your area.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return postage

We accept major credit cards; however, Afterpay is not available. For large business orders, please contact our team to discuss account options.
